The JLD will focus on "People Day," one of the four key quarterly days.
We’ve put together a diverse and dynamic program to ensure that, as an Accelerator, Accelerator Coach, Accelerator Chair or EO member, you have a truly valuable experience centered on this important theme.

To make the most of your time in Athens, we encourage you to arrive early. In the days surrounding the Joint Learning Day, you’ll have the opportunity to join a variety of MyEO activities, unique events organized by EO members themselves. These experiences offer a great way to connect, explore, and get inspired before the main event begins.

Angelika Tzemou is a people, culture, and transformation leader with over 25 years of international experience partnering with CEOs and executive teams. As former Head of HR, Transformation Lead, and Board Member at Bayer Greece, she led a significant cultural transformation that positioned the organisation as a global reference point within the group. Bringing a strong board-level perspective, she supports leaders and organisations in strengthening culture, leadership, and strategic execution to drive sustainable value creation.
If you have purchased a ticket and can no longer attend, you are free to transfer your ticket to someone else within Accelerator and EO. If the date for free cancellation has passed, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund as expenses have already been incurred for your participation.
All cancellations must be communicated in writing to your own chapter manager.
Event Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is free of charge till the 24st of February.
No shows and any cancellation made from the 24nd of February will result in a cancellation fee:
No show/too late cancellation of 25 euro for the Wednesday evening drinks
No show/too late cancellation of 250 euro for the Thursday JLD
No show/late cancellation of 100 euro for the Thursday dinner + party
The JLD is only accessible for Accelerator members, coaches, chairs and EO members.
The dining facility at each venue can accommodate most requests. Be sure to complete the dietary restrictions question during your event registration. We will do our best to meet your needs.
Spring in Athens offers pleasant days but unpredictable weather—layers, smart business attire, rain gear, and comfy shoes will help you make the most of your conference experience. If you plan to explore, pack for both indoor and outdoor activities.
